What happens after my free trial?

At the end of 30 days you'll be asked to choose a plan. Your data is always retained — nothing is deleted when a trial ends.

Can I change plans as my organisation grows?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from within your settings. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Is our member data private and secure?

Yes. Each organisation is an isolated tenant — your data is never shared with or accessible by other organisations. Data is hosted in Australia.

Do you offer discounts for not-for-profits?
